Gifts
All items will be wrapped simply, naturally, with style and the minimum of fuss. All packing materials are recycled or recyclable. A card will be included, if you wish a hand written message please email or telephone.
If you wish items to be combined for a gift or sent to a different address, please email or call.
Posting Policy
Homeopathic garden aims to despatch web orders within 24 hours of receipt. Occasionally, in cases of stock shortage, fulfilment of your order may take longer. Some items state a delivery time of up to 21 days. For all queries about delivery please email or call 0131 664 9822. Please remember to quote your order number.
Postage Charges
- Standard (UK orders only): £2.95.
Orders are despatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, which are normally delivered within 1-2 days. However, please allow up to 21 days for delivery. A signature will be required on delivery.
- Express (UK orders only): £9.95. For next working day delivery (orders must be received before 4pm Monday-Friday; no delivery on Saturday or Sunday). By Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature will be required on delivery.
Returns Policy
Our products are selected to give the best quality possible. Our ethical garments and accessories are handmade from organic materials and from original designs. They do not have a mass produced appearance which will appeal to those with an individual sense of style. All items are thoroughly checked for quality before they are packaged. If there is any defect in the item we are happy to refund your money and apologise for anything that we missed. Your item is sent in protective packaging and tissue wrapped to ensure that it arrived intact and ready to give as a gift. Please return it in this protective packaging.
In the unlikely event that any of our products (bought from this website) should fall below the high standard you expect, you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange.
We just ask that you do a few things.
- Inform us by telephone or email of the reason for returning the item.
- Return all goods in perfect unused condition and packaging within 2 weeks of receiving your goods.
- Obtain a proof of posting from the Post Office, when you return orders to us. It is difficult for us to exchange, refund, or replace items that are lost in the post, unless a proof of posting can be provided.
- Please note that the postage is not refundable.
- Eye masks and knickers cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
